SHIPPING

• Processing time is 5-7 BUSINESS day’s
• Any items that state they are MADE TO ORDER, please allow 10-14 business days for your items to be made and shipped out.
• I am not responsible for lost or stolen items, all orders will receive tracking

Exchanges and Returns

• If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact shop within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Due to the handmade nature of my shop, I cannot do refunds. However, I can organise an exchange of an item of the same value if there is an issue with your order. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
• Custom orders cannot be returned.

Care

• To keep resin accessories fresh, store separately to other jewellery to prevent scratching.

• Keep away from harsh sunlight, to keep the pretty petals from fading over time.

• To clean, wipe with a soft cloth using cool water and if needed, a mild soap.

All items are lovingly handmade in our studio located in Canberra, Australia.

We use stainless steel findings, so our earrings are hypoallergenic.

As everything is handmade, there may be variations and slight imperfections from piece to piece. I believe this only enhances the artistic and unique nature of my practice.
